hello this is Miss Bolanos school counselor and I'm here the reason why I like the story is because it's hot. experience at some point and it also talks about things that we can do to make ourselves our story today is call me happy bear so let's go ahead and get started Happy Bear isn't happy anymore do something to make them happy again so I have something really silly here with me let's see if they'll make happy bear happy again let me see if they'll work which bear is happy Happy Bear looks worried sing a song to make them happy again so I'm going to go ahead and play one of my favorite song when I was growing up and it's called that so let's see if they'll make happy bear happy again we did it happy birth Happy again looks like happy bear like my song yikes Happy Harry's angry let's do something kind to make them happy again Soylent are you happy lipsiapp happy bar like my now we did it happy bear is happy again I want to hear Happy Bears crying who can make so when we're feeling strong feelings or emotions we might need some help from someone to make us feel better and see who it is there is Mommy now everyone is happy before happyberry is person with his mommy but this can be any person that makes you feel good is my husband so now that we finish our story I want you to think about things that you can do or coping skill that you can use to help yourself feel good again when you have a strong emotions Phoenix's I hope you enjoy the story with me today how to see very soon and I miss you all very much
