If you are interested in playing interscholastic sports at EHWLA, student-athletes must complete an Athletic Packet and have it approved by the Athletic Director (Mrs. Thom) before being able to participate in tryouts and on any team. This year we will be using an online electronic system of turning in the Athletic Packets at HOMECAMPUS.COM Please click on the link to start filling out your student's Athletic packet for this school year. The instructions in both English and Spanish are below.
Please be sure to complete all of the steps on HOME CAMPUS and attach your student's insurance information and their doctor's physical and clearance. All physicals must be dated within a year and must be redone when they expire. "Cleared for sports" should be visibly clear on the physical form.

- If you have your own personal insurance then the Pacific Educators Insurance Services forms do not need to be completed. If you need to purchase Insurance you may do so by printing and filling out the Pacific Educators forms and attaching them to the insurance section on HOME CAMPUS.
